There are total of four names recorded on the Village War Memorial who lost there lives during the Second World War. Not all the individuals listed on the War Memorial may have been born or grew up in the Village.


Not only are they remembered on the the Village War Memorial but there is also a memorial tablet in St George’s Church on the north wall.
